Administration Settings

Configure your application settings here.

Email Address

Enter the email address for the admin account. This will be used for notifications and communication.

Sender name

Enter the name of the admin. This will be used in email signatures and other communications.

SMTP Host

Enter the SMTP server hostname (e.g., smtp.gmail.com for Gmail).

SMTP Port

Enter the SMTP port number (e.g., 587 for TLS, 465 for SSL).

SMTP Username

Enter the username for SMTP authentication (usually your email address).

SMTP Password

Enter the password for SMTP authentication. Leave blank to keep the current password.

Note: You can leave the SMTP password field blank to use the stored password for the SMTP test.

IMAP Domain

Enter the IMAP server domain (e.g., imap.gmail.com for Gmail).

IMAP Port

Select the IMAP port number. 993 is commonly used for SSL/TLS connections.

Encryption

Select the encryption method for IMAP connection. TLS is recommended when available.

TLS (Transport Layer Security) and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) are protocols that provide communication security. TLS is the successor to SSL and is generally recommended when available.

IMAP Folder

Enter the IMAP folder to monitor. Usually "INBOX" for the main inbox.

IMAP Username

Enter the username for IMAP authentication (usually your email address).

IMAP Password

Enter the password for IMAP authentication. Leave blank to keep the current password.

Note: You can leave the IMAP password field blank to use the stored password for the IMAP test.

OpenAI API Key

The OpenAI API key is required to use AI-powered features. You can obtain an API key from the OpenAI website. Keep this key secure and do not share it with others.

To generate an API key, visit OpenAI API Keys.

AI Model

Enter the OpenAI model to use (e.g., gpt-4o, gpt-4, gpt-3.5-turbo). Default is gpt-4o.

Common models: gpt-4o, gpt-4, gpt-3.5-turbo. Make sure your API key has access to the selected model.

Draft Only Mode

When enabled, emails will be saved as drafts instead of being sent automatically. This allows for manual review before sending.

Response Delay (seconds)

Set the delay (in seconds) before the AI responds to messages. This can help simulate a more natural conversation flow.

AI Signature

Enter the signature that the AI should use at the end of its emails. For example: "Best regards, AI Assistant"

Custom Email Footer

Cron Token

This token is used to authenticate the cron job. Use a secure, random string to prevent unauthorized access.

This token is used to authenticate the cron job.

Cron URL

This is the URL to be called by your cron job. It includes the cron token for authentication.
